Thea uses a proprietary combat system, aptly named "Thea Combat System" or TCS for short. This system is aimed at creating and simulating an environment as close to turn-based as possible, but will not be perfect comparison to by any means. The TCS was in its fourth phase of beta testing, and was originally planned to make its debut with the official opening of the sim, but was put on-hold due to high instability and limitations of Second Life's LSL scripting system. A Dice-type HUD was created to serve in its place in the meantime, the "Thea Dice System" (TDS), until the TCS can be made ready for full release.
